Moricho Corporation was founded in 1920 and has three core businesses: civil engineering, architecture, and marine civil engineering. We have achieved steady growth by broadly developing these businesses.

Under our previous theme, "create a future based on tradition and trust", we supported the creation of a conformable environment for community members. As we reached our 100th anniversary, we announced our corporate principle: "creating a cycle of smiles and places loved around the world". With this, we will take steps toward further activity and innovation with a fresh outlook. This also refers to our initiatives for a sustainable future, which we consider to be our mission.

As we face the inescapable reality of a shrinking and aging population as well as a lack of successors in the architecture and civil engineering field, we will continue to use our technical capabilities and the strengths of our three businesses to make broad contributions and face challenges such as training human resources and enriching and expanding our businesses. Additionally, our employees will be unified as we work with the community and society to approach tomorrow with a global mindset.
