The Awaji Training Center uses the warm climate and air from the Pacific Ocean to relieve the stress of horses for ramp and pool conditioning year-round. There is also a spacious stable for horses to comfortably spend time.

The conditioning ramp is about 1,100 m with a 3% to 5% gradient. There is a thick wood-chip layer to reduce the burden on the horses' hooves.

The conditioning pool is 50 m and improves a horse's cardiovascular functions and muscles without straining their legs after an injury.

The dirt training ground is 100 m x 30 m. Gate practice is also performed here.

The stalls in the stable are large (4.55 m by 3.64 m per horse) and allow the horses to spend time without stress.
Each stall also has a dedicated fan and mister and a solar power module on the roof so horses can be comfortable in summer.
